I had an enjoyable stay at Duxton Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection, where the unique decor and character really stood out. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Chinatown, making it easy to explore. However, some areas showed signs of wear, and my room felt a bit cramped.

I stayed in a King Opium Suite, which was well appointed but felt a bit crammed due to the split design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the locally curated loose teas available in the room. I did have some issues with a few things showing wear and tear though, like a loose door knob and non-working USB ports.

The staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was efficient. I especially appreciated the attentiveness of the staff at the Yellow Pot restaurant. My bellman, Joshua, was an absolute gem—he shared fascinating stories about the hotel and was super helpful throughout my stay.
